An open house is for everyone who walks through the door, and Foyer should be too. We are committed to making the Foyer website and application accessible to all users, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, and we work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished checkbox. Some areas may not yet be fully accessible, and we treat reports of barriers as bugs to fix, not feedback to file.
If any part of Foyer is difficult to use with your assistive technology, or you find an inaccessible page or element, please email hello@foyeroh.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Include the page address and a short description of the problem. We will respond, and if a page cannot be made accessible promptly, we will provide the content in an alternative format on request.
Hosting agents can always assist a visitor directly: every open house running on Foyer supports host-entered check-in, so a visitor who cannot or prefers not to use the form on a device can simply tell the host their details and be checked in the same way.
